Q: How much does it cost to have locks changed on an apartment? How long does it take?
The cost is generally $25, and will normally be changed out within 3 business days. If it is an emergency or you have any questions please contact your leasing office. You can make the request by calling Lincoln at Your Service at 214-772-7777.
Q: How long does it take before we recieve the deposit back after moving out? And if I overpaid for my last months rent can that money be transferred into my new lease plan which is still a part of the village?
30 days for deposit refund. We can not transfer money to another property, but the money should be refunded with the deposit.
Q: Is there an address I can have a UPS package shipped to? I'm always at work during delivery hours and the warehouse pickup location is "way" inconvenient.
Unfortunately, The Village leasing offices do not accept packages. The UPS store does have mailboxes (For a fee) you can have all your packages sent to. The closest location is at Southwestern Blvd and Greenville.
Question: Can I paint the walls or put wall paper on my walls?

Question: On April 5th I put a note in the rent box stating that I would be moving in thirty days. I thought I would receive some type of check-out sheet or at least an acknowledgement of my planned move. Should I be concerned?
The Village does require a 30 written notice.We have a detailed move-out form that should be filled out at least 30 days before you move-out. Please contact your leasing office about the exact procedure on giving proper notice.
