How do I schedule carpet cleaning?
Call The Village Concierge directly to schedule your maid service at 214-772-1700. The Village Concierge will schedule the service for you with EZ Cleaning Solutions. It’s easy to schedule service and we only need 24 hours notice.
Who is cleaning my apartment?
EZ Cleaning Solutions provides all of the vacant and occupied apartment carpet cleaning services throughout The Village. EZ Cleaning Solutions is dedicated to customer satisfaction and is bonded and insured.
How much does it cost?
1 Bedroom/Efficiency - $30.00 + tax = $32.48
2 Bedroom/One-Den - $35.00 + tax = $37.89
3 Bedroom $40.00 + tax = $43.30
Stairs = add $5 + tax
How do I pay?
The day of the scheduled clean, you will leave a check made payable to EZ Cleaning Solutions in your apartment on the kitchen counter.
SERVICE DETAILS
The Day of The Clean:
EZ Cleaning will need to hook up their equipment to your kitchen sink; therefore, they need to be able to easily access your kitchen. Please make sure you clear all dishes away from the sink area. In addition, EZ Cleaning will not move your furniture, therefore if you have items you want cleaned underneath, please move the furniture out of the way prior to the day of the scheduled clean (for example: coffee table).
Area Rug Cleaning:
Bring in your area rug to The Village Concierge office. Pick-up will be every Tuesday. An estimate will be provided before any work is done. Cleaning should take about a week and delivered back to the office.
