How do I schedule maid service?
Call the concierge directly to schedule your maid service at 214-772-1700. The concierge will schedule the service for you with Five Star Cleaning Services. This order form provides us with the necessary details to schedule the service. The order form is NOT a contract -- it simply allows the concierge to keep your information on file.
Is the maid service order form page secure to use my credit card?
Absolutely, our secure socket layer (SSL) software is the industry standard for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet. This is the same level of security as all the top e-commerce sites on the web. If you do not feel comfortable using this form, please call 214-772-1700 and we will be happy to take your credit card number over the phone.
Who is cleaning my apartment?
Five Star Cleaning Services has a cleaning team exclusively designated to serve The Village apartment communities. A member of this team will clean your apartment every time you schedule maid service through the concierge. Five Star Cleaning is dedicated to customer satisfaction and is bonded and insured.
How do I pay?
You pay the concierge. Payment arrangements are made when you complete an order form. You can pay by check or credit card. Payment must be secured 24 hours prior to the scheduled service. If you choose to pay by check, you will need to drop off the payment at the concierge's office. Credit card payment information will be kept on file and your credit card will be charged the day you have your apartment home cleaned.

DAY OF THE CLEAN
A Five Star Cleaning team member will obtain a key from your leasing office; therefore you do not have to be at home. Don't forget to leave out fresh linens if you want your sheets changed on your bed.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Canceling a cleaning day: If you must cancel your service for a scheduled cleaning day, please call the Concierge office at least 48 hours before your scheduled cleaning. A charge of $25 will be charged for cancellations within 48 hours. If you wait until the day of the clean to cancel, the cleaning service may have already cleaned, and you will be subject to all cleaning fees.
Canceling your service: If you have signed up for a regular maid service (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or occasional), and you wish to terminate all future services, you must submit a cancellation notice 48 hours prior to your cleaning to the Concierge. E-mail, fax, and written letter are all appropriate forms of notice. You will receive a confirmation that your cancellation notice was received. Please include your name, community information, and phone number in your cancellation notice.
