HOW IT WORKS
Simply refer a friend to any one of the 15 Village communities. When your friend visits the community and the Leasing Professional asks how they heard about the community, your friend simply needs to give your name and community where you live. Your friend also needs to put your name on the application as the referral source.
When your friend moves-in, fill out the Resident Referral form and take it to your community's leasing office. Be sure to have your friend's new address and contact information! The Village Concierge will process the request and contact you when your gift has arrived for pick-up. You will be required to sign for the gift certificate and provide a current photo I.D., so while you are there, feel free to pick out a DVD rental and find out all of the cool services offered by The Village Concierge!
It is important to note that your referral cannot use a locator service or be a transfer from another Village community. You must be named as the referral source upon the first visit and on the application to be a valid referral.
